Best Netbook computer Brands - Asus Versus Toshiba Versus Acer

The number of netbook models in the market is increasing by the day and it is becoming more and more difficult to choose the right one for you. These three netbook brands are some of my favorites because most of their netbook models come with great specs/feature sets, have great designs and give great value for your money.

Asus Eee: If you are just too lazy to shop around for a netbook and would like to quickly settle for one, an Asus Eee netbook would be your safest bet. The Asus Eee series was one of the first netbooks in the market that was almost entirely responsible for the start of the netbook frenzy. Today, the latest netbook model from this company has come a long was and has some of the best features in the netbook market. The new Asus Eee 1005PE 10.1-inch netbook for instance as 14 hours of battery life, a 250GB hard drive, Bluetooth 2.1 and the new Intel Atom N450 processor. To put it simply, you just can't go wrong with an Asus Eee netbook.

Toshiba Mini: Toshiba is relatively a new player in the netbook market. Despite its late entry, has been making waves with its Toshiba Mini netbook. The success of this netbook model is mainly due to its very appealing design, great keyboard and its great feature set. Toshiba is also a very well trusted brand in the laptop industry as they have been making very durable and reliable laptops for decades. It is currently one of the biggest competitors of the Asus Eee PC.

Acer Aspire One: Acer can be considered as a sort of underdog in this race. Many of their netbooks do not have the high-end specs on Asus netbooks nor the branding behind Toshiba Mini models. Acer's lack in those aspects is made up in other areas. It has sealed its spot in the netbook best-seller list through the gorgeous design and competitive pricing of its Acer Aspire One netbooks. Till today, Acer netbooks remain to be one of the most affordable models in the market.
